Social Media Staff
Key Responsibilites: + Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals. + Create engaging and relevant content (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.) for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). + Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community interactions. + Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase reach, engagement, and conversion. + Stay up to date with social media trends, automotive industry news, and competitor activities. + Collaborate with marketing, branding, and design teams to deliver consistent messaging and visuals. + Manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team. + Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. + Prepare monthly reports and insights on social media performance. Requirements:: + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. + Proven work experience as a Social Media or similar role. + Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices. + Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. + Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools). + Experience in managing paid social ads is a plus. + Developing new traffic sources through referral & social media + Passion for automotive industry is highly preferred. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
