We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Social Media Strategist who can develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for the leading real estate website development company in North America and its related brands. It will be the SMS’ top drivers to steadily build brand awareness, drive client engagement, and open avenues for lead generation across multiple social platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategiesCreate and implement engaging content calendars, campaigns, and strategies across key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok) aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
2. Content creation, direction and curation
Develop high-quality, original social media content in collaboration with the marketing team for copy and creative. Curate relevant industry content to share with target audiences.
3. Community management
Monitor follower activity and engage directly with followers, responding to comments and messages, and working on proactive strategies to grow the online community.
4. Social media analytics & reporting
Track key social media metrics, and generate regular reports on social media activity and lead generation. Ability to present data in a visual format and articulate reports to brand stakeholders in cross-department meetings.
5. Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Work alongside paid marketing teams to study campaign performance and identify opportunities to boost organic posting efforts. Flexibility to coordinate across timezones when needed for event-centered content.
6. Stay up-to-date
Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates. Monitor competitor activity, serve as the team’s first responder to emerging viral posts, and be a listener to insights gathered from the social media community and the broader industry sphere.
