Responsibilities: + Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and current social media presence. + Strategy Development: Develop and implement customized social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. + Platform Optimization: Provide recommendations and implement best social media platforms and practices to achieve clients’ objectives. + Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform. + Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to social media influencers to build partnerships and promote clients’ brands. + Revenue Sharing Partnerships: Develop and manage revenue-sharing partnerships with influencers and other strategic partners. + Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics, tools, and provide regular reports to clients with actionable insights. + Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure clients remain competitive. + Sponsor Integration: integrate sponsorship elements into social media video streams (YouTube, Facebook) Qualifications: + 2+ years’ experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role. + In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. + Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Experience with influencer marketing and partnership development is a plus. + An entrepreneurial spirit Nexstar Media Group, Inc.
