We are united by a shared passion and no-limits mindset, and our strength lies in our ability to collaborate as a powerful international team comprised of 18,000 employees spanning over 100 countries.

We are looking for talented Videographer to create impactful social content for Howden’s recently launched Instagram account. This new role sits within our expanding Brand Content team. Please note this is a full-time, permanent role based in our Central London office. Following a hybrid work pattern, you are expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week on average. You may also be required to travel occasionally as well as work evening or weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

Capture engaging moments across the business and create quality social content.

Collaborate with the Head of Content and Social Media Managers to execute Howden's social media vision.

Ideate and create video content for social media.

Manage videography on in-house shoots, including logistics, locations, equipment, lighting, and filming.

Edit in-house filmed content in multiple formats with tight deadlines and fast turnarounds.

Requirements:

A few years' experience in corporate videography, including shooting, editing, and producing high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube a bonus).

Proficiency in video editing software like Premiere Pro or equivalent, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

Strong technical skills in lighting, sound, and camera operation, with versatility using equipment ranging from iPhones and gimbals to DSLRs and tripods.

Excellent skills in scripting, researching, video editing, and proofreading, demonstrating strong editorial judgment.

What do we offer in return?

A career that you define. At Howden, we value diversity – there is no one Howden type. Instead, we’re looking for individuals who share the same values as us:

Our successes have all come from someone brave enough to try something new

We support each other in the small everyday moments and the bigger challenges

We are determined to make a positive difference at work and beyond
