Louisiana is working to ensure as many at-risk children are served as possible, and the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) is vital to increasing access to early childhood services. This position requires deep understanding of a complex federal funding program and interpersonal skills to effectively assist families and stakeholders and also work in a cross-functional departmental team. Interprets program policies for lower level Social Services Analysts to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, program directives, and agency policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Five years of experience in social services; OR Six years of full-time experience in any field plus two years of experience in social services; OR A bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in social services; OR An advanced degree in a social sciences field plus one year of experience in social services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field.
