We are currently seeking Social Services Supervisor to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in the Hummelstown, PA area.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Oversees all aspects of social services program to ensure the health, safety, welfare and personal development of those we support Supervises the QIDPs and Program Specialists Ensures timely completion of assessments and IPPs/ISPs  Working with the Program Directors, oversee the service planning, treatment and the implementation of services provided to the residents on campus and in the community settings Ensures all documentation related to service delivery, including all periodic reports, are compliant to all applicable regulations and requirements Stays knowledgeable of all state and federal regulations pertaining to programs Serves as Certified Investigator
