Education and Certifications Required\:

Social Service Work diploma
Current Member (in good standing) of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
Current CPR certificate (Basic Rescuer)
Clear Criminal background (Police) clearance with Vulnerable sector screening
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle & must carry two million dollars in automobile insurance coverage if utilizing a personal vehicle for appointments.

Experience
Possess general computer skills with access to a computer with appropriate password protection and internet capabilities.
Minimum of two years of community-based therapy experience (preferred).
