QUALIFICATIONS

Possess a Diploma in Social Service Work. Be an active member in good standing of the Ontario College of Certified Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Provide a police clearance that meets the Bayshore Home Health policy. Possess general computer skills and have access to a computer with appropriate password protection and internet capabilities. Minimum of two years of community-based therapy experience (preferred). Be able to drive, hold a current, valid driver’s license, and have access to a vehicle in good operating condition (preferred). Must carry two million dollars in automobile insurance coverage if utilizing a personal vehicle for appointments. Hold a current CPR certificate (Basic Rescuer).

Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and lead a team; above-average report writing and communication skills; valid driver’s license and evidence of current CPR certification; solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community care and service delivery.
