Social Welfare Aide (4 slots)
Salary Grade : 4
Status of Employment : COS
Location/Office : (1) SWAD Bohol , (1) SWAD Siquijor, (2) Crisis Intervention Section - Cebu City
Program/Division/Unit : Protective Services Division
Minimum Qualification Standards:
Education : Completion of two-year studies in college
Training : None required
Experience : None required
Eligibility : None required
Job Functions:
1. Assist in Implementing policies, regulations and work plans established by the agency and render direct service in accordance with the function and objective of the agency within the area of assignment;
2. Conduct intake review and accomplishes forms that will determine client’s eligibility for service or assistance;
3. Conduct home visits and gather collateral contract or interview;
4. Coordinates or networks and maintains good working relationship with NGA’s, LGU’s, NGO’s, GO and private individuals;
5. Facilitates endorsement and referral to client to other center and institutions or partner agencies;
6. Act on special cases or referrals or request from CO and Field Office;
7. Performs clerical functions;
8. Render additional services, if authorized in the exigency of service
