(26) SOCIAL WELFARE ASSISTANT – 26 SLOTS
Salary Grade : 8 (Php 19,744.00)
Status of Employment : : Contractual
Location/Office : Field Office VII
Program/Division/Unit : : Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program
Reports to : Social Welfare Officer III
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education : 2 years completion of two years in college
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility : None Required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
Education : Bachelor's degree in Social Work , Social Sciences or
Allied Social Sciences
Experience : Two (2) years of experience in office management
administration, community organizing, administrative
support to support an organization or major/complex
project
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training in Community
Organizing, frontline service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Facilitate distribution and retrieval of compliance verification forms;
Prepare summary of CVS distributed and retrieved and consolidate of issues and concerns on meeting the CVS distribution and retrieval and submission to C/ML for appropriate action;
Facilitate coordination with schools and health facilities relative to CVS monitoring/distribution/retrieval and validation of non compliant monitored children.
Facilitate, review and monitor submission of system forms (CVS Forms,GRS Forms) through the LGU Links and parent leaders, in terms of completeness and correctness.
Assist and facilitate in systems (CV/GRS/BDM) update related concerns for review of the City/Municipal Link.
Conducts SWDI Enumeration/Validation to 4Ps households in a year.
Facilitates conduct of supply side assessment in coordination with focal persons of partner agencies and the LGU (can be added to functions of the SWO IV for the overall coordination to partner LGus/Facilities)
Profiling of beneficiaries/parent leaders and LGU Links (can be added to the functions of the PDO II, specifically on the caseload inventory, PL profiling and Stakeholders/CSO Inventory per district/barangay.
Assist (or facilitate if needed) the C/ML in the conduct of the Family Development Sessions and in monitoring the Health and Education Facilities.
Submit required reportorial.
Respond and track queries and grievances at field level.
Augment tor regional and local activities as need arises.
