CSC Minimum Qualification Standards:
Education : Completion of two years studies in college
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-professional) / 1st Level Eligibility
Preferred Qualification Standards:
Education : Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : 1 year relevant experience
Eligibility : RA (1080) Registered Nutritionist Dietician
Primary Tasks:
1. Prepare quarterly menu plan
2. Under immediate supervision and performs highly skilled clerical function;
3. Prepares project proposals and financial reports;
4. Prepares/submits regular administrative reports (monthly, quarterly, semestral and annual);
5. Maintains monitoring reports;
6. Maintains and keeps records related to the functions and services;
7. Performs/takes minutes of staff and committee meetings;
8. Attend meetings, seminars and conferences; and
9. Performs other assigned tasks.
