CSC – Prescribed QS:  

Education : Completion of 2 years studies in College

Training : 4 hours of relevant training

Experience : 1 year of relevant experience

Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional) / 1st Level Eligibility

 

Preferred Qualification (Competency-Based):

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training : 4 hours of relevant training

Experience : At least 1 year relevant experience in Psychosocial Interventions

Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional)/ 1st Level Eligibility/ RA 1080 (RSW)


Job Description:

Coordinates and collaborates with the LGUs, NGOs, POs and any other associations in the implementation of their programs and services for persons with disabilities;

Assists in the referral of LGU referred clients to other services and other institutions to address their emerging needs;

Conducts assessment of client’s capacities;

4. Facilitates the conduct of the quarterly and special meetings of the Regional Committee on Disability Affairs (RCDA) and the Regional Inter-Agency Committee for Older Persons (RIACOP);

5. Assists in facilitating training for the LGUs along the programs for persons with disabilities;

6.   Participates in the rehabilitation team meetings of clients in the Division;

7.  Prepares project proposals and financial reports;

8. Submits progress report of clients; 

9. Prepares/submits regular reports (monthly, quarterly, semestral and annual) of

the persons with disabilities welfare program; and

10. Conducts prospecting of partners and resources for the service of the center and forges the partnership thereof.
