Salary Grade : 18 (Php 45, 203.00)
Status of Employment : Contract of Service
Location/Office : Bogo City, Cebu
Program/Division/Unit : Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program
Reports to : Regional Program Coordinator
II. QUALIFICATION GUIDE
Minimum Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
Training : 8 hours relevant training
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Eligibility : RA 1080 RSW
Preferred Qualification:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
Training : 24 hours of relevant training
Experience : 3 years of relevant experience in community organizing,
Or major complex/projects
Eligibility : RA 1080 RSW
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
· Assists in the organization and management of activities specifically planning/designing, executing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting activities to secure the target results of the project at the field level;
· Assists in the management of information critical to the planning, delivery, monitoring and reporting of performance of the project;
· Provides technical assistance to partner CSOs;
· Conduct of monitoring activities to ensure the attainment of objectives and targets of the project;
· Reviews and make recommendations for proposals submitted by partner CSOs;
· Prepares and submits periodic and special reports to the Project Team Leader and the RDPM;
· Performs other tasks assigned by the National Program Manager and/or Project Team Leader from time to time.
