Prepare and administer trainings on a wide variety of topics including, but not limited to; child welfare practice model, UNITY, policy, procedure, statue and Administrative Code. Consult, coach and mentor staff on individual cases assigned to them, emphasizing the importance of family engagement. Provide weekly consultation to first year caseworkers and a minimum of biweekly supervision, if appropriate thereafter. Consistently and timely complete required UNITY windows. Ensure court reports are accurate, thorough and filed in compliance with local court rules. Alert appropriate person immediately upon receipt of court recommendations/order not supported by the Division.
