We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community. **Position Highlights** **SUMMARY** : Supports patients in maintaining or improving their ability to manage their physical, mental, spiritual, and psychosocial needs. **Education and/or Experience:** + Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred + Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other related field with 1 year social work experience in a healthcare setting. + Supervision by a MSW for bachelor degree social worker required **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:** Must be a licensed Social Worker in the state of Minnesota and South Dakota or the ability to obtain prior to hire. BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required. **The pay range for a BSW is $26.98 - $40.48 and MSW is $30.26 - $45.39.
