We are seeking a talented individual to join our Social Work team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lima. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support in various aspects of social work, including home visits, insurance management, and wellness activities. You will play a crucial role in coordinating medical licenses, reporting subsidies, and participating in committees.

We will count on you to:

Conduct home visits to colleagues for specific cases and provide support for insurance renewals (RCT, EPS, Fola, Ley Vida, Oncologic).Manage billing processes for insurance and coordinate with occupational health to consolidate medical licenses.Lead and follow up on wellness activities, recover subsidies, and prepare reports for the comptroller.Accompany colleagues in medical cases and resolve issues in collaboration with occupational health.Participate in committees focused on harassment prevention, occupational health and safety (SST), and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

What you need to have:

A degree in Social Work, with a valid professional license (mandatory).Experience in social work and wellness programs.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
