Position: Social Worker Shift: 8am-4:30pm Status: Full-Time As our long-term care social worker at Dove Healthcare - Osseo, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing case management for 40 residents. You will advocate for resident rights, coordinate services, and help meet the psycho-social needs of our residents.
