Gundersen is now hiring a part time Social Worker for the Emergency Services Department!  

 

What you will work:   

.6 FTE = 48 Hours every 2 weeks   

Days, PM's, Nights, Rotating weekends and holidays   

Location, Emergency Services La Crosse 

   

What you will do:   

Assessment and Treatment Planning 

Discharge Planning 

Provide Education and Support

What you will need:   

Bachelors degree in Social Work or in a related field   

WI Social Worker license
