The Social Worker is an integral part of the EISS team and will work collaboratively with each disciple to provide mental health care to the Monmouth County community, Qualifications: Required: + LCSW licensure + NJ Driver's license + Psychotherapy experience Scheduling Requirements: + Day Shift + Per Diem Scheduling Essential Functions: + Performs initial diagnostic evaluations + Prepares and maintains statistical reports and records as required by regulatory, organizational and official agencies + Provides individual, family and group therapy + Formulates treatment plans + Provides psychotherapy, assessment and evaluation services + Performs other duties as designated by the department Choosing RWJBarnabas Health!
