Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Social Worker - LMSW Position Summary

The Social Worker delivers therapeutic services to patients in the Partial Hospitalization Program, to include individual, group, and family services. Provides on-going crisis management, case management, biopsychosocial assessments, and individualized treatment planning to encompass an overall quality of care for all patients.

 

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Social Worker - LMSW Position Requirements 

Education

Graduate of a master's degree program in social work from a college or university approved by the Council of Social Work. Licensure as a Social Worker in the state of MD required.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in social work or related capacity preferably in medical/health setting preferred.

Day shift Monday-Friday, Evening and weekend work as assigned.

At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits. Salary range: $61,734.40 - $95,680.00  Commensurate with experience
