Responsibilities

Through evidenced-based practice, work with residents in order to improve/maintain quality of life, with respect for individuality and to ensure the highest level of independent functioning.  As change agents, social workers ensure the dissemination of information to all stakeholders regarding continuum of care services.

Qualifications Masters degree in Social WorkLMSW preferredAt least one year experience in geriatric/medical settingOne to two years and/or student placement with the population to be servedEvidence of excellent written and spoken English Min USD $36.80/Hr.
