This professional licensed position will have an impact on finance and growth by classifying patients’ status appropriately. They will impact the patient experience and quality of care by working with the patient/family to establish the best plan of care and by helping patients through difficult situations. QUALIFICATIONS: Education/License Required: + Master’s Degree in Social Work + LCSW in the state of Massachusetts EXPERIENCE: + Required: At least five (5) years as a clinical/medical social worker + Preferred: Experience on Maternal/Child Health units and Previous Case Management experience **As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
