**Job Description:**
This position will be responsible for performing complex psychological/social assessments, which include barriers to coping, mental health history, cognitive development, adverse developmental events, resistance to treatment, mental health symptoms and learning and /or mental health threat, residential stability, health system impediments, social support and vulnerability. Collaborate with the Healthcare team to address Social Determinants of Health.
**Education Qualifications:**
A bachelor degree in social work from an accredited social work program.
**Licensure/Certification Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited social work program.
Required Qualifications
+ Current State Social Work Licensure
Preferred Qualifications
+ 2+ years of clinical behavioral/mental health experience, outside of internship
+ Experience with Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
+ ·Experience with Case Management
+ ·Experience with Motivational Interviewing
+ ·Proven ability to work independently and manage a case load
Additional Job Description:
+ Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through an appropriate licensing agency.
+ Proof of current motor vehicle insurance
