The individual chosen for this position will be responsible for providing support for caregivers of persons with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. They will also be responsible for managing legal, ethical and social issues related to the care of persons with dementia. In addition, they will collect psychosocial data for research participants, support for clinical trials and data oversight for research purposes. They will also provide community outreach and service as well provide staff and social work student training. They will be responsible for the development and implementation of novel care-based interventions for the aged population with and without memory problems.

CSW license, experience with the geriatric population, research experience in aging and dementia, and geriatric program development experience required.
