Join our dedicated team as a Social Worker BSW PRN, specializing in Clinical Case Management. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families by providing compassionate support and guidance. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, empowering clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. If you are passionate about helping others and committed to fostering positive change, we invite you to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to our dynamic environment. Must have graduated from an approved Social Worker program, BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association.
