The Opportunity:

As a CACI SOF Effects Planner, you will supplement unit planning efforts by leveraging intelligence support for target network analysis, enter of gravity analysis, red teaming, and collection requirements.

Responsibilities:

In addition to the activities described above, you will:

Develop assessment criteria and implement assessment plans to ensure accurate measures of performance and effectiveness of plans and execution. Produce a variety of documentation to include CONOPS, OPLANs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, white papers, and other military documents. Prepare and present briefs for guidance and decisions by senior officials and government leaders. Advise on the use and implementation of Information Related Capabilities.  Brief plans, concepts, and executions, at SOCCENT, CENTCOM, and Joint Staff echelons to secure approval. Coordinate with available Information Related Capabilities to ensure maximum effectiveness of unit operations. Provide liaison support to various governmental and non-governmental organizations.  

Qualifications:

Required: 

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.Current Poly or the ability to obtain one.Minimum of three years of experience working with SOF planning.At least five years of combined experience (within the past seven years) as a service or Joint Operations or Effects Planner to include support to O-5 level (Battalion, Group, TSOC) SOF units, Commands, or Interagency units. Familiarity with the breadth of joint special operations and the full spectrum of irregular warfare capabilitiesMinimum of five years of experience with the military planning cycle and tactical ground operations.Bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience, or associate's degree and ten years of relevant experience, or twelve years of relevant work experience.

Desired:

Minimum three years of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.More than seven years of experience with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement.Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, COA decision and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.Graduate of a Special Operations Campaign Artistry Program course (formerly Red Team Leader Course (RTLC))Graduate of Joint MILDEC Training Course or other certifying equivalent

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 - $163,800
