**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**•** Ensure and maintain the hygiene and cleanliness standards of the highest standards for Client.
• Coordinate with the Facility Manager to ensure highest levels of client satisfaction
• Ensure optimum utilization of consumables
• Setting target dates for assignments and ensuring adherence
• Ensure proper documentation procedures
• Foresee cost saving measures and implement systems accordingly
• Checks on Housekeeping activities and ensures maximum output
• Ownership of the day-to-day administration, including reports generation of the stocks tracker.
• Provide assistance to the FM and AFM in managing all administrative functions, security issues and facility services and any other administrative functions as deemed by Client
• Developing and implementing procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of FM
• Ensuring an adequate supply of consumables/materials and service for the proper operation of services and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by the client
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & escalate in time to achieve availability of stocks and track inventory.
• Statutory compliance check of all vendor invoices.
• Routinely inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained
• Set stretch targets for self to achieve maximum team performance
• Responsible for all soft services and supervises complete facilities upkeep & cleanliness.
• Responsible for Pest control services and pest control schedule management.
• Co-ordination with the residents, RWA and client for soft services related issues.
• Over all maintenance and upkeep of CBRE estate office.
• Implements safe work practices and ensures that team members/ vendors meet all safety guidelines/ requirements.
• Check & ensure that Housekeeping cleaning schedules and checklists are followed and maintained on-site.
• Check the deployment of the team and conduct regular trainings & briefings
• Ensure the process and documents are followed and maintained as per IMS standards
• Implements safe work practices and ensures that team members/ vendors meet all safety guidelines/ requirements.
• Ensure the process and documents are followed and implemented as per IMS standards
• Ensure that the HK agency is conducting regular training for its staff and maintain those records.
• Maintain all HK related checklists & Plan the Deep cleaning schedules
Reporting: -
• Reports to the FM, Client and the Ops Manager.
• Contribute to the Weekly FM Meeting Minutes
• Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to client and other reports as required
Others: -
• Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
• Manage all Health and Safety issues and actively participate in Health and Safety reviews.
