This position reports to the Program Director and is responsible for the development of youth players according to the Explosive Fastpitch and Player Development Philosophy. Job Functions:  + Oversee all aspects of specified Team(s) + Serve as a lead trainer for internal supplemental training programs offered seasonally by the club + Design and execute training sessions + Aid player development and motivation by providing positive and constructive feedback that is delivered in an appropriate method + Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the club’s policies and all applicable laws, particularly regarding the safeguarding of youth/minor players + Attend and coach club tournaments Qualifications & Skills: + Previous experience coaching + Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive, cross-functional relationships within the organization + Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when privy to sensitive information + Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills + High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance   Powered by JazzHR
