Softlines Account Manager, Fashion Acceleration team
Description Amazon’s Channel Sales Support department located in Bratislava (Slovakia) is looking for Softlines Account Manager. Channel Sales Support provides best possible customer experience while shopping for products in Fashion categories. Softlines Account management team drives initiatives targeting this vision. We strive to improve the Seller and Customer experience by supporting the international Seller business on the European online Amazon store and bringing improvements to the existing product Catalogue. As Softlines Account Manager, you will work with our external EU & CN selling partners (Sellers) to improve the quality of their product pages on European online Amazon stores and to close the gap of top selection within European online Amazon stores. You will identify causes of poor listing quality and educate Sellers on the advantages of high-quality listings. You will advise Sellers on the technical aspects of listing improvement and report progress to internal stakeholders. The Softlines Account Manager will also liaise with internal technical, business, legal and marketing teams worldwide and contribute to platform changes and continuous improvement. The above gives a ground to develop tech-skills, account management and project management skills. Minimum gross monthly salary for this positions starts from 1800 Eur. The final total compensation offered is likely to be higher and will consist of further pay components such as sign on bonus and restricted stock units. Key job responsibilities - Regular audit on Seller accounts listing quality - Identify root causes of listing related issues and drive resolution - Define and coordinate timelines and corrective actions - Written and oral communication with Sellers about listing quality and adoption of top selection. - Create step-by-step listing guides for Sellers and deliver training - Meet and exceed SLA defined per project and ensure consistent and high quality of delivery - Liaise with internal and external departments within area of responsibility to define requirements, test data integrity and verify business processes Basic Qualifications - English language on C1 - Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel) - Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill set - Excellent communication skills - Strong time management skills Preferred Qualifications - Fluent in other European languages, or in Chinese - Basic understanding of Project Management - Knowledge of SQL basic, and/or web-oriented languages (Python, Html, Javascript,…) is a big plus - Experience in creating and delivering e-training and coaching sessions to large audience Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
