The Software Analyst will provide support and enhancements to a variety of Software Applications utilized by the Revenue Management team. This position is responsible for supporting key applications, investigating and resolving issues along with implementing new functionality. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, initiative, and communication skills. Candidates must be flexible to work varying hours to support global markets, be willing to travel when necessary and be capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports production applications, write and execute comprehensive Test Scripts and Use Cases Analyzes issues in existing software Works with technical resources to resolve issues Provides first and second level support for a wide variety of Software Applications Assists with migrations as needed. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
2 years experience with Customer Software support, troubleshooting and system testing Degree or equivalent experience in Computer ScienceKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Experience with software support Professionalism in dealings with all touch points within the business Software development life cycle IT Documentation skills to document IT Systems Testing development life cycle Attention to detail and dependability Aptitude for technical concepts Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Logical / good problem solving skills / good analytical skills Sense of urgency to meet deadlines Interpersonal skills – empathetic with customers and with peers Flexible approach and adaptable to change Strong desire to learn new systems, processes Good team player and communicator Experience in working in an International environment beneficial Flexible working hours and the ability to travel requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
