The Role

Work closely with business stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, analysis and prioritization Manage deliverables and handle project management Own functional & technical designs, and be involved in the creation & development of documents Work together with Managed Operations team to solve issues Manage team of functional analysts, developers and vendor Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

At least 10 years of experience in application development; and 5 years in managing a team Strong ability to lead and mentor an application team comprises of functional analysts and developers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to conceptualize business requirements and to translate into functional & technical specifications Proficient in public-facing system design, development, implementation, integration and user support Experience in vendor management

Experience in the following technical areas:

database design & implementation micro-services architecture Java Spring Framework mobile application development is an advantage
