If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are excited about tackling complex challenges, we want to hear from you! **Qualifications** **Education Requirements:** + Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with fourteen (14) years' experience; Master of Science and twelve (12) years' experience; Additional six (6) years' of related work experience can be considered in lieu of degree. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required. **Required Experience/Skills:** + Experience as SW architect or lead with focus on SW development and integration into complex systems. + Strong knowledge of SW architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. + Experience with SW modernization efforts. + Proficient in C++ or Python. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think both strategically and critically. + Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. + Strong communication skills and ability to present complex subjects in a simple manner. + Agile SW development. + Experience with distributed, embedded, systems including RTOS. + Software Safety in a MIL-STD-882E context. + Ability to mentor software engineers on correct architecture, design, and implementation processes. + Experience in architecture paradigms, modeling languages and tools.
