Job Description Insight Global is seeking an E-Commerce Software Architect for one of our Medical Device clients for a direct hire opportunity. This person MUST be able to go onsite 4-5x week in either their Dayton, Ohio or Versailles, Oh location a few times a week. This individual will be helping to lead the design and implementation of the companys new e-Commerce platform. They are moving from their current legacy platform and moving into Salesforce. They will be leading integrations to systems, including Oracle and Azure. Key responsibilities:  Defines and creates system architectures and guides its implementation with Software Engineers andSoftware Developers.  Identifies and defines system architectures that streamline internal development and operations in the team. Creates and documents functional and detailed design architectures (services & data).  Leads architecture design and technology decisions comprising of both in-house built and 3rdpartysoftware solutions.  Performs software development alongside Software Engineers and Software Developers to apply definedarchitectures.  Actively engages with Product Owners and technical teammates to aid in translating customerrequirements into system requirements.  Leads architecture definition and concepts within a system.  Works closely with Solution Architects and System Engineering, ensuring system architectures align with thevalue stream architecture.  Collaborates to define, scope, and refine architecture backlog items.  Mentors, guides, and coaches Software Engineers and Developers on the practices of system and solutionarchitectures.  Continuously learns and applies industry best practices on modern software delivery practices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to accomplish project and productobjectives.
