Job Description

·       Software Architect UST Global is looking for an experienced Software Architect with good technology background and Healthcare domain knowledge.

·       Should be able one or more projects with team members from different locations both onsite & offshore.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Overall, 10 - 15 years of experience with at least 4 - 6 years of Architecture / design experience​

·       Expert level hands-on in Java, JEE, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate and RESTful service.​

·       8 years' experience in development and leading teams.

·       Experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions.

·       Hands on experience in designing and building frameworks

·       Develop roadmap and products aligned with the overall industry growth.

·       Responsible for technical collaboration and solving issues

·       Collectively work with the individual leads to conceptualize new ideas

·       Interact with the account teams on the innovation and develop road map for them

·       Responsible for preparing best practices, mentoring, training and development.
