Job Description:At Regions, the Technology Asset Management Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing technology assets during their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Regions’ policies and guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports lifecycle management of technology assets from acquisition to disposition/retirementConducts analysis of technology assets to identify and resolve potential non-compliance and/or policy and process breaches, reducing risk exposureResolves issues, discrepancies, and anomalies associated with discovery, reporting, and toolsMay assist management in onboarding new technology asset management systems and toolsMay offer advice and/or guidance to less experienced analystsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and three (3) years of experience in technology asset managementOr High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience in technology asset managementExperience analyzing asset management data and generating reports driving decision makingExperience managing infrastructure, end-user, and data-center technology asset recordsExperience tracking technology assets in end-user and hosted environmentsPreferences

As a Senior ServiceNow SAM Pro Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of ServiceNow SAM Pro from scratchResponsibilities will include publisher-specific packs, identifying any SAMP plugins for installation, SaaS integrations, and entitlement uploads for various software publishers.You will also be responsible for reconciling deployment details flowing in from various integrationsHelp with customization and configuration of ServiceNow SAM Pro to meet specific organizational needsWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SaaS applications with ServiceNow SAM ProManage and oversee the entitlement upload process for various software publishersTroubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation and integrationsSoftware management requires the creation and application of publisher-specific packs and plugins, guiding and providing inputs to teams involved in development.Follow ServiceNow updates and industry best practices to keep software asset management process optimizedCreate and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications and user guidesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software asset management processesCollaborating with Project team and efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow SAM pro standard capabilities in their efforts to improve their IT processesSupport unit testing of developed solution, in partnership with development team.Drive customer unit and user-acceptance testing requirements.Ensure all SAM Pro jobs are running as expected and create incidents or HI tickets, if required.Pre-Requisites
Required Certification: ServiceNow SAM Pro Certification Active is MandatoryMinimum 2 to 3 years of experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro end-to-end implementation, integrations, and end-user assistance requiredKnowledge of Contract and Software license relationships is a plusThis position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, Houston, TX, Orlando, FL, Salt Lake City, UT, or Tampa, FL. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.
