Your role and responsibilitiesStart your professional career in a leading multinational in its sector through our internship program for students that offers:6 months with the possibility of extending another 6.Schedule compatible with your studies.Competitive remuneration.Specific technical training.Possibility to carry out your TFG/TFM and participate in real projects.Flexibility and the possibility of teleworking.Holidays and days off for study and exams.Objective of the internship: Smart Building Business – Energy distribution Global product Group is looking for a digital solution intern who will be accountable for strategic programs to assure the long term growth and marketing of the Energy Distribution Digital and Software team, Apps and Digital offering to targeted market segments, by developing and managing it through all of its life cycle phases, according to market needs and Product Group strategy and targets.Tasks to be performed:Driving an independent work task as a project team member.Coordinate market intelligence analysis for different markets or segments.Understanding software architecture and development process of existing ABB product offering to extend it to innovative next generation prototypes.Review test scenarios and deployment support to have the software easily run by human testers.Collecting the test results across a user base to analyze the benchmark measurements and conclude feasibility automation based on findings.Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timeline.Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.Owns the market specification for the software or digital solutions.Acts as interface between IT developers and internal functions.Own product data and product rules for software development.Defines product customer value proposition for assigned projects.
Qualifications for the roleEducation: students of the Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Marketing or Business Economics or related field.Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, good communication skills.Additional knowledge: experience in most common business tools such as Outlook, excel, Microsoft Teams.
