We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team in the Commercial Banking space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple software platforms and implementing SaaS solutions. Experience with Oracle VAM and Oracle Digital Experience is a plus.
Major Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Manage multiple software platforms, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Implement SaaS solutions, driving the adoption of best practices and ensuring high-quality delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multiple software platforms.Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing SaaS solutions.Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a Java software delivery team with functional knowledge in Microservices architecture.Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Transactional Banking with familiarity in Liquidity Management and Virtual Account Management.3-5 years of working experience with Agile methodology.Experience with Oracle VAM and Oracle Digital Experience is a plus.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, driving high performance and achieving project goals.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Agile methodologies and practices.Knowledge of cloud computing and related technologies.The typical base pay range for this role is between $133K - $162K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
