Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires:

C or C++, and Python programming; Database Management System; Data Structure, Algorithm design and analysis; Software Engineering; Operating System and Computer Architecture; Advanced Modeling Technologies to solve various mathematical modeling problems, form clear strategies for practical problems, and express these strategies through computer software program by sophisticated algorithms, advanced statistical methods, complex computational models, optimization, graph theory, differential equations, statistical regression, and stochastic simulation; Advanced statistics; and Parallel Computing.
