The Support organization in OCI is building new services that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant cloud environment. We are addressing complex, large scale, connected event platforms. These services are cornerstones of the Customer experiences offered by OCI and offer a wide variety of technical problems to be solved and customer focused innovations to be created. Our goal is to optimize support costs while delivering a top-tier support experience to our customers.

We’re looking for hands-on engineers with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in distributed systems and highly available services. On our team, you can design and build innovative new systems from the ground up. These are exciting times in our space - we are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on ambitious new initiatives. An engineer at any level can have significant technical and business impact. Motivated full-stack engineers with a customer-first mentality and high coding standards who can clearly articulate technical concepts will do well on our team.
