The Portfolio Management Technology team is looking for a talented technologist to develop software and solutions for our cloud-based risk management platform, Advanced Collateral Management System (ACMS). The team is in the process of building ultra-low latency, high volume, and reliable next generation cloud-based platform. When it is completed, the applications should support processing several billions of inquiry transactions during market hours. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly visible team that delivers innovative business solutions leveraging emerging technologies at Schwab. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field3+ years of experience in a software development role3+ years of coding experience in C# (.NET, .NET Core) 2+ years of experience with full stack application development technologies, RESTful APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, and cloud technologies 3 + years of Agile/Scrum development and CI/CD experience Working experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, Aerospike (NoSQL) database, CI/CD, Splunk (logging), PCF (Cloud), and Agile PracticesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, and learn new technologies quicklyAbility to produce detailed design with help from leads and architects and communicate the design to the necessary stakeholdersAbility to coordinate with teams across different geographic locations
Preferred Qualifications:
