Proven experience in crafting and developing highly scalable, highly available, high-volume web applications , backend and middle-tier applications Proven experience in  developing, maintaining and debugging sophisticated PL/SQL packages Procedures and Functions and strong SQL knowledge including tuning and fixing experience Understanding of Data Modeling concepts and Database design concepts Understanding of modern cloud infrastructures; ideally the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Experience in developing modular UI frameworks and their API interfaces Proven ability to design and develop microservices and their supporting structures Understanding of cloud-based identity management systems, for both authentication and authorization Experience with application containerization, and ideally Kubernetes Hands-on development experience with Oracle JET constituent technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Knockout, jQuery, RequireJs, Node.js, CSS3 and SASS Relational databases, including SQL and Stored Procedures; ideally Oracle SQL & PL/SQL Java for web applications, including Jersey JAX-RS, JDBC and related EE technologies Authentication and Authorization technologies Design and architecture APIs, Web/REST Services Excellent understanding of Agile development methodology Experience following a full lifecycle SDLC process, including creating technical designs, build and unit testing for complex requirements Technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaborate in a team-oriented environment Good communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality deliverables Collaborate closely with UX design and software development teams 3-5 years of experience relevant to the functional area Prefer Retail software development experience BS or MS degree or equivalent relevant to functional area
