Responsibilities: 

Maintain and enhance existing applications in response to needs Collaborate closely with members of other teams throughout the software release cycle Write functional and design specifications as required

Preferred Qualifications:

BSCS/EE or equivalent experience Should have 6+ years of software development experience in C/C++ Experience with embedded Linux devices Strong Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis Networking knowledge and implementation of TCP/UDP/IP is a necessity Strong knowledge of networking concepts (L2/L3), VOIP protocols (SIP,RTP), Real-Time Communications. Experience building complex, multi-threaded system software. Should be able to work independently Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

SSL/TLS/SRTP protocol level implementation and knowledge would be a plus Knowledge on other security aspects such as Lawful-Interception, IPSec, IKE, EAP, OCSP would be a plus Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of fast learning, innovation, strategic thought leadership and teamwork.
