Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute. (385.34371)

 

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics and Statistics or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires:

Utilizing mainstream Cloud technologies AWS, Azure or GCE; Web services, Restful and Java API development; OOD programming using Java, Python and/or Golang; Utilizing database technologies such as traditional SQL, NoSQL systems, storage, and distributed persistence technologies such as Hadoop; Containers such as Docker and Kubernetes; Microservices such as Sprintboot; Virtualization technologies and workflow systems; Infrastructure as code systems like terraform, Chef; Data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals; and Networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP).
