Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires: 

Java, Microservices, Docker; Web frameworks (Spring boot, Dropwizard), streaming platforms like Kafka, RDBMS and NoSQL databases; Building highly available services, possessing knowledge of common service-oriented design patterns and service-to-service communication protocols; The event-driven architectures, common patterns and approaches to distribute the load; Container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Nomad); Development of scalable, cloud-native distributed systems on-premise and in public clouds (OCI, AWS, GCP); Transition from on-premises data centers into public clouds; Terraform, Helm, CI/CD and observability tools and practices for putting quality code in production and troubleshooting issues; Software engineering, Architecture, DevOps and management; Evolution of legacy monolith applications to scalable event-driven microservices architecture.
