Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field followed by 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires:

·         Distributed architecture and Architectural Patterns including Designing for Scalability, Performance, Highly available solutions, Streaming Solutions with Kafka, Caching solutions including EhCache and Redis;

·         Micro services including REST APIs, Building synchronous and asynchronous systems;

·         Cloud Native Solutions including Platform as Service, Kubernetes, Docker Containerization;

·         Advanced Java Programming with Spring framework;

·         SQL and noSQL databases, including Oracle, MySQL, CouchBase, and Cassandra

·         Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery using Jenkins, Git, Crucible, Terraform and Maven;

·         Application Monitoring with NewRelic.
