1. Strong in core jave. Should have excellent understanding of some of core design patterns used in java / j2ee applications.
2. Solve complex architecture/design & business problems, work to simplify, optimize, remove bottlenecks, etc
3. Architect, design & develop automation to reduce toil, improve recoverability, availability, latency & scalability of supported applications.
4  Mentor and coach engineers to be curious and effective at discovering and solving technical challenges.
5. Should have hands on experience developing microservices using Java/Spring Boot,Spring Eureka
6. Hands on experience on JPA, transaction management
7. Hands on experience on JWT and OAuth
8. Should have knowledge of system design, architecture.
9. Hands on experience in core java, web services, servlets, industry standard framework like hibernate/spring., ReST Development.
10. Good knowledge of SQL with Oracle is must.
11. Should have worked on applications using  weblogic  or any other application server.
12. Experience on Oracle Cloud would be added advantage
