Expected Skills & Qualifications:

At a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering 10+ years of Software/Application development experience in design and development Expertise in J2EE, web applications, microservices, and multi-tenant saas services Proficient in programming languages/frameworks such as Java, JavaScript frameworks, SQL, and Spring Boot. Strong experience with any cloud platform Debugging & Troubleshooting: Advanced skills, particularly in cloud environments. Experience in tuning backend and frontend applications. Ability to mentor junior developers and lead by example. Proficient in ensuring code quality and maintainability. Experience in AI/ML projects is a significant plus Knowledgeable in best practices around software security. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
