Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: oversee quality control processes to ensure software compliance with standards to control project scope, maintain project alignment with objectives and identify, mitigating potential risks across the project lifecycle; regularly communicate with project stakeholders (clients, team members, SME, etc.) and regularly deliver updates on project progress to senior management and promptly address any concerns raised by stakeholders; coordinate and meet with clients and stakeholders for Software Requirement Gathering process to determine scope of and project objectives; creating technology roadmap to align with business requirements; overseeing the transition of on-premises systems to cloud infrastructure and design of the organization's long-term cloud and data warehouse architecture; developing detailed low- level and high-level design documents for software components, utilizing UML diagrams such as class, object, activity, state, and sequence diagrams; optimizing software to reduce organizational costs; identifying workload automation tools to be implemented into projects; implement data integration strategies by overseeing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data pipelines, and the ingestion of data from various sources into cloud data warehouse platforms; and performing continuous enhancement and maintenance of software applications, including modifications, updates, and proactive support to address issues, optimize functionality, and ensure sustained effectiveness and usability. Position requires familiarity and utilization of a number of programing languages, software development tools, project management tools, and data warehouse technologies, including: Microsoft Project; Jira; Tuleap; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Teams; Slake; BigQuery; Databricks; Spark; Data Fusion; Dataflow; Data Prep; Stackdriver; Splunk; Tidal; Data Catalog; Unity Catalog; Snowflake; Jenkins; GitLab; Ansible; Jira Service Management; ServiceNow; and Bugzilla. Requires a high school diploma and 3 years of experience. Job Site: Hybrid-remote work model acceptable, but must be willing to travel to various unanticipated job sites within the U.S
