Shift: 8a-5p EST with flexibility to support a team in India when needed (6a-3p EST) This role would support the business users with any application issues including troubleshooting and resolution. Looking for a someone with initiative to understand the existing tool and assist with future enhancements from a design and development perspective. Responsibilities: + Working as a team with 1 ½ developers to complete new Iridium service offerings, upgrades and patches + Developer to assist in building out current in house .Net application. + To help complete open bug/fix/enhancement backlog items. + The development required is for a homegrown system that interfaces with our 3rd party providers.
