Software Developer
We are hiring a Software Developer to join our team! Job Overview: This role focuses on delivering and supporting enterprise-level monitoring for subnets, systems, applications, services, and business activities using Python and Java. This person will help support our observability team by automation and developing tasks related to their day-to-day. Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain automation in Python and Java. + Create automated remediation workflows and support application monitoring. + Implement monitoring solutions and collaborate on performance benchmarks. + Develop processes to monitor critical business transactions and applications. + Participate in discussions on application performance and infrastructure outages. + Collaborate on preventive measures and automated remediation of issues. + Engage in continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: + Strong experience in web application development, service coding (SOAP/REST), and programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript). + Proficiency with monitoring platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace, ServiceNow API, ELK). + Knowledge of cloud deployment scripting (Terraform, CloudFormation) and application monitoring best practices. + Experience with various hardware, operating systems, and application performance management technologies. + Understanding of scripting languages, middleware technologies, and databases. + Skills in configuration management, release, and change management. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, project, and time management skills. + Effective communication and willingness to learn new things. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
